Eva Maendes on yhdysvaltalainen näyttelijätär, joka aloitti uransa mm. kauhuelokuvarooleilla Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror (Ethan Wiley, 1998) ja Urban Legends: Final Cut (John Ottman, 2000). Jatkoa seurasi huomattavasti isommissa tuotannoissa, mutta pienissä rooleissa Antoine Fuquan elokuvassa Training Day (2001) ja Andrzej Bartkowiakin elokuvassa Exit Wounds (2001). Eva Mendes is a US-born actress who started with minor horror roles in such movies as Children of the Corn V: Fields of Terror (Ethan Wiley, 1998) and Urban Legends: Final Cut (John Ottman, 2000). Soon she was cast in much bigger productions but again in minor roles in Antoine Fuqua’s movie Training Day (2001) and Andrzej Bartkowiak’s movie Exit Wounds (2001). The former was a step up for Mendes and after a while she was cast to act alongside established A-liner Hollywood stars in John Singleton’s 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003) and Robert Rodriquez’s Once Upon a Time in Mexico (2003) which both brought her tremendous international visibility. Since then she has been seen regularly in all sorts of movies and luckily for us action, thriller and horror movie fans, she has picked up roles in those kind of movies as well. Jean Reno is an actor born in Morocco for Spanish parents. Their family relocated to France and acquired citizenship when Jean was 17 years of age. Early on in his acting career he got involved with director Luc Besson’s work and they (along with composer Eric Serra) have worked several times together since then. They made several outstanding global hits (Nikita (1990), Big Blue (1988) and Léon: The Professional (1994)) which cemented Jean as a French film star. Known as a very versatile actor Jean has been involved in quite a range of differing films from romantic comedies (for example French Kiss (1995)), action films (such as Ronin (1998)) all the way to nihilistic thrillers (among others Les Rivières pourpres (The Crimson Rivers, 2000)). His acting career has seen over 100 films roles in five decades and still in his seventies (at the time of this writing) he is absolutely in high demand for film productions around the globe.
